We Anvase has large open layout of both bonded and non bonded warehouse with a partition in between with normal fixtures and fittings containing loading docks with trolleys and trucks, The Warehouse is located in Peenya, Tumkur road high way with sufficient storage and well movement of trucks.
The Facility of storage of imported goods in customs bonded warehouse without payment of customs duty otherwise leviable at the time of import. The material in bonded warehouse are allowed to store without payment of duty and duty is paid at the time of removal of goods from the warehouse.
The law says the material can be stored up to one year, Interest and duty payable after 90 days @ 15% PA. Extension of warehousing period for next one year is permitted with importer furnishing a security by way of Bank guarantee equivalent to 25% of duty and interest accrued there on during the preceding period.
The warehouse license is valid till the service provider surrender the license, yearly renewal under notification 72/2016 with submission of Solvency and all risk insurance policy.
